The selection is limited to just a few items per cook, ensuring that you experience nothing but the freshest and most authentic cuisine available.

Famished from our hike of ramboda falls. We were so happy to see this food stall just a few minutes away from ramboda falls. We got to know from our driver that these pocket friendly stalls run by d department of agriculture helps women empowerment. Basically different cooks have 2 to 3 items freshly made right there by them on sale. Fresh food which was yummy and so reasonable. We saw no compromise on quality. Stalls were neat n clean. Everything was being prepared in a hygienic atmosphere. We came across Hela Bojun stalls in Nuwara Eliya too. A great option for us vegetarians especially.

A wide variety of local food at very reasonable prices. Excellent value for money. A great initiative by the Department of Agriculture. Parking available on the roadside. Ample seating space. There's a toilet but not super clean, which is as expected. There's a shop to buy fresh fruits and soursop juice. A very useful stopover along the Nuwara Eliya road.

One of the best places to have a good meal on the way to Nuwara Eliya. This place is special since it offers traditional Sri Lankan food. The food quality is certified by the Agriculture department. The prices are very reasonable. There's enough parking space available. Highly recommended

It is an all local food café. All type of local sweet meats and other meals available. Well experienced elderly women run the place. Individuals sell different types of food & sweet meats. There are about 8-10 individuals and except one person all others food were really tasty.

A good place to take short eats while you are travelling to Nuwara Eliya. Prices are also fair. There were 36 different traditional food varieties offered by them when I was visited in March 2022.
